Note: I haven’t updated for a while. Life has been crazy but as you can see I’m still losing weight! I’m super excited. This is my lowest weight yet! I know it isn’t a Wednesday but whatever lol.

Wednesday June 13th

Height: 5’5 1/2
Weight: 151
Chest: 32”
Waist: 27”
Hips: 36”

Note: I went back to my hometown and ate like crap this week. I also didn’t exercise much so the weight gain is my fault. The only thing I can do now is get back on track. Nobody’s perfect.

Note: Everything stayed the same but this is what I expected. I did eat at my maintenance level this week.

Note: I finally FINALLY figured out my bloating problem. I look so much slimmer! I’m so happy, I’m so happy (sing song voice). I have to remind myself to look at how far I’ve come not how far I still have to go.

Notes: I’ve officially lost a pant size as well as 1 inch in my thighs although I never put my thigh measurements on here. Idk why I don’t. My measurements confuse me because I didn’t know you could lose that many inches in one week. I’m pretty sure I’ve been bloated sometimes when I measure myself. I’m going to start only measuring myself when I wake up.

Wednesday May 2nd

Waist: 30.5”

Note: I’m not going to weigh myself for a month and I’m also going to start doing more cardio.

Note: I am out of the 150’s and I ain’t ever going back! Whooo! I also deleted my hip measurements from before because I was apparently doing them wrong and that’s why the number was so low.

Note: I gained a pound :( I know exactly how it happened and I have no one to blame but myself. I will do better next week for sure!
