What workouts do you do?

I lift weights 4 times a week. Usually 2 leg days, 1 day for shoulders and biceps, 1 day for triceps and chest.

I also do cardio for 30 minutes 6 times a week. Cardio can be running, elliptical, swimming, or anything that gets your heart rate up! 

How long did it take you to lose weight?

Well I’m not finished yet but it took me from March 28, 2012 to May 12, 2012 before I had a flat stomach. (I want abs now)

How did you get a flat stomach?

I am naturally pear shaped so I lose weight at the top of my body before I lose weight in my hips and thighs so it’s partly genetics. I also focus on doing a lot of cardio which I feel helped me and I lift weights. I also drink apple cider vinegar to stop my bloating.

How many calories do you eat in a day?

I don’t count calories because I tried it and I became to obsessive. I could see myself getting an eating disorder. I just focus on eating healthy 80% to 90% of the time and if I want a little treat I have one.
